Residence Inn by Marriott Providence Lincoln

Loved my stay in this hotel. It was located very close to a nice shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, and a gas station. All the staff members were awesome! Super nice and friendly. The hotel was well kept, housekeeping kept everything spotless. They had a gym, pool and laundry room which i used. Would definitely stay here again

Rooms inside were much larger and nicer than I expected. This hotel appears to either have been recently renovated, newly built, and/or mostly well maintained. The room would have been perfect except for the fact the heat pump was super loud! When I entered the room the thermostat was set to “cool” which I thought was odd. I switched it to heat and that’s when the noises started. Just enough to be annoying but it still did heat the room after a while. It could also be that the temperature outside is bitterly cold. Lobby is comfortable, spacious, and clean. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7AM - as someone who normally eats around 5/5:30, I was trying to wait patiently. Breakfast started almost at 7:10. Only low-carb options were hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and yogurt. There were 4 chafing dishes with hot water but they only used two of them (one for scrambled eggs other for sausage, egg, cheese croissant). I assume maybe since it opened late maybe the other two items were coming soon? Perhaps sausage and bacon? I ended up taking two breakfast sandwiches, taking the sausage out, and eating with the scrambled eggs. Food was hot, delicious, and room was clean. Overall I would stay here again but will probably make my own breakfast. If you eat a more traditional breakfast, plenty of other options including oatmeal, fruit, juice, make your own waffle, breakfast sandwich, cereal, etc.

I was in town visiting family that are staying here. I would like to give a huge thank you to the girl at the front desk Ashley she helped my mother and daughter with their TV issues to finding them the perfect dining for dinner. Got fresh coffee for us. 5 stars for excellent customer service

Stayed here with my husband and two young kids for three weeks during a military move and can’t say enough good things about this place. Very, very clean with great smiling customer service from every single staff member! They were always ready and willing to make our stay comfortable! The housekeepers were always so kind and friendly with our kids and kept our rooms so clean! Loved the fact that I could walk my kids to the nearby shopping center which had most things we needed. Loved the clean grounds, indoor pool and cucumber water available in the lobby. We had such a comfortable stay! My daughter Ava loved every single staff member and she misses them! Thank you so much for everything!

The staff here are incredibly nice and kind….Dellon. The entire hotel is very clean, and the outdoor seating area with the fireplace is especially cozy and well-maintained. The rooms are big with kitchens. This is clearly a well-kept hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone—especially those who appreciate nice hotels like I do.

I truly cannot speak more highly about the experience we had at the Residence Inn Lincoln Providence. We were lucky to book a room block at this hotel for our wedding and the rooms, service, and amenities were impeccable. Nick, our coordinator for the room block was kind, attentive and endlessly helpful. All of the staff working, including Bri at the front desk, were welcoming and gracious to us. It was a wonderful experience to stay there, and we cannot thank the staff enough for such amazing service!! For anyone looking for a high quality hotel experience at a more than reasonable price, look no further!

Regina was incredibly accommodating. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious, more than enough space for our family of four. The bathrooms were modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was the perfect size with the necessities for staying away from home. The pool was clean and warm. Thank you so much to Regina for treating us so well from the second we walked in the door. The location is perfect, right next to a busy plaza filled with many food choices, grocery store, shopping and the movie theater. The hotel is very well maintained and smells clean. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to any family looking for space and comfort. **update, our breakfast was fresh and hot, the waffle bar was a hit with the kids. The coffee bar open all day was a nice treat. Ashley P. at the front desk was very friendly and happy to help make our stay even more enjoyable.

We lived in room 230 July 24-25th. There are hundreds of flees on the bed. Already contacted Marriott customer service and they said cleaner didn’t find anything on the bed after we check out. If not use camera zoom in, it just normal black dot, but normal eyes could see these black dot is moving. It’s ok if you do not want to admit this flee issue. This is how Marriott to make money. Good company!
